We require all new students to pay a one-off registration fee of £ 44. However, if you sign up for lessons on the day of your trial and opt for the block booking, we waive the registration fee. This "Fast Action Bonus" is only offered once on sign-up. Other than that, the only other costs include having a guitar to practice on at home, which we are happy to advise you on based on your needs and budget.
How much are lessons?
We have options to suit your needs, with lessons starting from £29.75 p/lesson.
How qualified are your instructors?
Our teachers are graduates of such prestigious institutions as The British and Irish Modern Music Institute and WaterBear College of Music. Many have toured the UK, recorded in music studios (such as Metropolis Studios, London), appeared in music videos, and bring over 25 years of professional performance and teaching experience to your lessons. All our teachers hold fully enhanced DBS Certificates, so you can rest assured your children will be taught in a safe environment, by the most professional and qualified teachers in Eastbourne.
How long will it take for my child (or myself) to be able to play their guitar?
There's no "one size fits all" answer to this question. Knowing how to play the guitar can be defined in several ways, like the ability to play a song, name notes, write chord progressions, or read tab. Students who develop the strongest musical skills are committed to their musical journeys. The longer the journey, the higher the level of skill. It's a marathon, not a sprint, so enjoy the process.
Do we need to have a guitar at home?
We have guitars here for students to use which they are welcome to. And especially for their first trial lesson. Sometimes they might want to try it out to see if it's something they love, but having a guitar at home will help them develop further and allow them to show you how amazing they're doing. There are great options at affordable prices, which we can assist you with.
What styles of music do you teach?
We teach a range of contemporary musical styles including rock, pop, blues, metal, country, jazz, and more!
What age can my child begin lessons?
Our music lessons start as young as 8 years old for guitar. And our oldest students are in their 80s, so it's never too late to start!
Is there parking available?
There is plenty of free, on-street parking available on nearby neighbouring streets, just a 2 minute walk away.
What times are lessons available?
